I purchased my new eyewear at BPEI and would like to know the following:
Where are my prescription lenses made?
At our state of the art digital lab at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute/Miami Medical Campus. We fabricate your lenses from start to finish to provide you with the best acuity and clarity.
I’m not seeing correctly with my new prescription.
Please inform us immediately. All doctor prescription changes will be remade at no charge within 90 days of your original pick-up date.
I accidentally scratched my lens.
We will order your new lens at a 20% discount at any one of our locations to help you with your mishap.
My lens is defective.
Please inform us immediately. if it’s a manufacturer defect we will replace it for you at no charge within 2 weeks of your original pick-up date (same purchase location).
I accidentally broke my frame.
We will order you a new frame at 20% discount at any one of our locations to help you with your mishap.
Exceptions
Silhouette: 2 year manufacturer warranty.
Maui Jim: Warranty is subject to the lifetime of the frame.
My frame is defective.
Please inform us immediately. If it’s a manufacturer defect we will replace it for you at no charge within 2 weeks of your original pick-up date (same purchase location).

I accidentally bent my frame and it’s out of shape.
We will evaluate the extent of the damage and advise you accordingly. Many times it can be resolved by simply readjusting the frame. If that’s the case, we will gladly do that for you as a courtesy at any one of our locations. If the frame needs to be replaced, a 20% discount will be applied to help you with your mishap.
I lost my eyewear.
We will order your replacement eyewear at 20% discount at any one of our locations within one year of your original pick-up date.
I would like to cancel my order.
All eyewear is made to specification and therefore is not refundable. However, a store credit will be issued for you, a family member or friend to use at any time at any one of our locations.
My frame, nose pad and/or screw needs to be replaced.
We will gladly do that for you as a courtesy at any of our locations.

Where do I park?
BPEI patient parking is free of charge. Miami Medical Campus parking is located on the corner of 9th ave & 17th street. All other locations have general parking on the front of the building.
How many BPEI locations are there?
BPEI has five locations in Florida which includes Miami, Coral Gables, Plantation, Palm Beach and Naples
Can I pick up my eyewear at any BPEI location?
Yes you can!
Can I refer a family and/or friend?
Yes, we welcome family & friends for all their eye exam, eyewear and/or contact lens needs.
